uminoso giallo paglierino, con
screziature dorate. Fini spunti olfat-
tivi iniziali, tiglio, camomilla, ginestra,
anice. Poi pesca e albicocca, poi buccia
di mandarino. Toni iodati e salmastri.
Gusto secco, dalla progressione elegan-
te, rotondo ma scorrevole grazie al suo
corredo sapido. Scia ammandorlata.
Maturazione, sui lieviti, in cemento per
36 mesi. SPEZZATINO DI CONIGLIO

ranato consistente. Sentori di con-
fettura di more, ribes nero, amare-
ne, visciole. Petali di rose rosse appassi-
te e spezie dolci. Tabacco da pipa e
cuoio. Infine richiami di radice di liqui-
rizia e cioccolato fondente. Pieno e
potente in bocca, ha trama tannica fitta e
graffiante ma ben inserita nella struttura.
Matura per 36 mesi in legno grande di
Allier, sui lieviti.

right straw yellow with golden stre-
aks. On the nose, scents of linden,
chamomile, broom, anise. Then it turns
to peach and apricot, then tangerine
peel. Iodised and salty tones. Dry taste,
with elegant progression, round but
smooth thanks to its savory array.

onsistent garnet hue. Scents of
blackberry jam, black currant,
black cherries and sour cherries. Petals
of withered red roses and sweet spices.
Tobacco and leather. Then recalls of
licorice root and dark chocolate. Full
and powerful on the palate, it has a
dense and scratchy tannic texture but
well inserted into the structure. Aging on
yeasts in Allier's large barrels for 36
