Ancona
R ubino. La frutta rossa matura di
marasca e prugna rossa primeggia,
seguita da viola, pepe nero, legno tosta-
to e affumicato. Note erbacee di alloro,
terrose di muschio. In bocca è accatti-
vante, rotondo e morbido, nonostante il
tannino ben presente. Dotato di elegan-
te freschezza. Permane a lungo l'aroma
fruttato. In acciaio per 6 mesi, in botte
grande per 12 mesi. POLENTA CON
RAGÙ DI MAIALE
R osso rubino vivace. Elegante e
ampio, apre con cuoio e goudron.
Poi pepe nero, caffè, chiodi di garofano
e fungo. Sullo sfondo piccoli frutti rossi,
sciroppati e sotto spirito, e note floreali.
Maestoso dal tannino vivace che ne
esalta l'intensità. Bell'equilibrio com-
plessivo, arricchito da un lungo finale
delicatamente amaricante. Matura in
barrique per 18 mesi. LEPRE IN SALMÌ

Ruby hue. Prevalence of ripe red frui-
ty of morello cherry and red plum,
followed by viola, black pepper, toasted
and smoked wood. Herbaceous notes of
bay leaves, earthy with musk. On the
palate, it is addictive, round and soft,
despite evident tannins. Elegant freshness.
The fruity aroma lasts long. In steel for 6
months, in large barrels for 12 months.

Lively ruby red hue. Elegant and wide,
it opens with leather and goudron
scents. Then black pepper, coffee, cloves
and mushroom. On the base, small red
fruits in syrup and in alcohol, and floral
notes. Majestic with lively tannins that
enhances its intensity. Beautiful overall
balance, enriched by a long, delicately
embittering finish. Aging in barrique for 18
