ubino profondo e denso. Olfatto
intessuto finemente di essenza di
viola leggermente appassita, poi marasca,
ribes nero, prugna. Elegante la speziatura
con nuvole di pepe nero addensate da
orzo tostato. Avvolge il palato con struttu-
ra e corpo. Tannino elegante e ben pre-
sente. Sfuma con echi floreali macerati.
Rimane in acciaio per 23 mesi.

anto rubino dai riflessi granato.
Rosa appena macerata e geranio. A
seguire sottobosco, tartufo, pepe nero,
tabacco, chiodi di garofano, spunti ferrosi
e folate mentolate. All'assaggio ha grande
struttura, resa vellutata e lieve dall'intrec-
cio del calore alcolico con le sostanze gli-
ceriche e i tannini setosi. Il tempo non lo
spaventa. Richiami torrefatti. In rovere
grande per 12 mesi.

eep and dense ruby hue. On the
nose, neatly aromas of lightly
withered viola essence, then morello
cherry, blackcurrant, plum. Elegant spici-
ness with whiffs of black pepper enriched
with roasted barley. It envelops the pala-
te with structure and body. Elegant and
well-present tannins. It fades away with
macerated floral echoes. In steel for 23

uby hue with garnet highlights.
Freshly macerated rose and gera-
nium. Then undergrowth, truffle, black
pepper, tobacco, cloves, ferrous hints and
menthol whiffs. On the palate, great struc-
ture, made velvety and light by the twine
of warmth with glyceric substances and
silky tannins. It doesn’t fear for time.
Roasted recalls. In big oak barrels for 12
