di zagara, gelsomino, camomilla,
pesca nettarina e mela gialla. Con mor-
bidezza e freschezza ben bilanciate,
aggiunge in fondo ricordi di banana e
salvia. In acciaio per 6 mesi.
RISOTTO AGLI ASPARAGI
G iallo paglierino vivace. Floreale di
acacia, gelsomino e zagara
accompagnato da salvia, mela e pesca
gialla. Al palato si presenta corposo,
morbido, equilibrato, sapido e fresco.
Bel finale arricchito da miele di casta-
gno ed erba cedrina. Maturazione in
acciaio per 6 mesi. CONIGLIO IN

L ively straw yellow hue. Floral of
acacia, jasmine and orange blos-
som accompanied by sage, apple and
yellow peach. On the palate, it is full-
bodied, soft, balanced, savoury and
fresh. Beautiful finish enriched with
scents of chestnut honey and lemon
grass. Aging in steel for 6 months.
