Delicato, quasi timido, all'olfatto, si
apre sprigionando note di zagara, sambu-
co, cedro, bergamotto, mela. Ritorni agru-
mati anche all'assaggio dove le piacevoli
sensazioni di freschezza invitano alla
beva. Corpo snello, equilibrio comunque
impeccabile perché non manca di morbi-
dezza. In chiusura mandorla verde. In
acciaio per 5 mesi.

Naso ricco di agrumi, lime, cedro,
pompelmo ed erbe aromatiche. Aneto e
salvia su note floreali di fondo. Struttura
notevole accompagnata da finezza e otti-
mo equilibrio all'assaggio. L'alcolicità
decisa risulta pregevole perché sostenuta
da freschezza generosa. Sosta in acciaio
per 6 mesi. CERNIA AL FORNO CON

the nose. It opens with notes of orange
blossom, elderberry, cedar, bergamot,
apple. Citrus returns also on tasting
where the pleasant sensations of fre-
shness invite to drink. Slender body,
however impeccable balance thanks to
softness. In the finish green almond
