C olore paglierino. Naso intenso e
intrigante di pesca, albicocca e
prugna gialla polpose e mature. Rosa
canina e ginestra. Al sorso è pieno e
generoso, estremamente morbido, rega-
la calore ed energia alla beva.
Maturazione in acciaio per 4 mesi.
CARCIOFI FRITTI PASTELLATI
N ettamente paglierino, è luminoso.
Si apre all'olfatto con rosa gialla,
ginestra e cera d'api. In successione
cedro, albicocca e fieno. Equilibrato
con leggera predominanza delle morbi-
dezze, è persistente e pieno in bocca. In
chiusura ritorni di mandorla e camomil-
la. Buona corrispondenza tra le note
olfattive e quelle gustative. Sosta in
acciaio per 4 mesi. CARPACCIO DI

guing nose of peach, apricot, fleshy
and ripe yellow plum. Rose hip and

Straw yellow hue, it is bright. On the
nose, it opens with yellow rose,
broom and beeswax. then cedar, apricot

nance of softness, it is persistent and full in
the mouth. In the finish, almond and cha-
momile returns. Good correspondence
between olfactory and the gustatory notes.
