orato prezioso. Intenso di ginestra,
mimosa, cera d'api e fiori gialli appe-
na appassiti. A ruota seguono legno secco,
tè, sbuffi di zafferano, pesca matura, noc-
ciola. Nuance di pepe bianco. Rivela mor-
bidezza esemplare, sapidità perfetta, equi-
librio impeccabile. Finale con ricordi di
ananas. Maturazione in acciaio per 24
mesi. VELLUTATA DI FAVE CON FIORI

ubino intenso, con riflessi granato.
Geranio, garofano, ciclamino, tè
nero, poi carruba, ribes nero e confettura
di more. Note aggraziate di cardamomo,
pepe nero e sandalo. Vola alto al gusto,
con delicato equilibrio nel suo lungo
viaggio in bocca. Chiusura su eleganti
folate balsamiche. Matura in acciaio e in

broom, mimosa, beeswax and sli-
ghtly withered yellow flowers. Follow dry
wood, tea, puffs of saffron, ripe peach,
hazelnut. Nuance of white pepper. It
reveals unique softness, perfect savour,
perfect balance. Finish with flavours of
pineapple. Aging in steel for 24 months.

ntense ruby hue with garnet highlights.
Geranium, carnation, cyclamen, black
tea, then carob, blackcurrant and black-
berry jam. Pleasant notes of cardamom,
black pepper and sandalwood. Excellent
on the palate, with delicate balance in its
long journey in the mouth. Finish on ele-
gant balsamic whiffs. Aging in steel and
wooden barrels for 24 months.
