orato smagliante. Al naso regala
sentori evoluti di zafferano, noc-
ciola e cera d'api. La morbidezza vellu-
tata domina una beva suadente e origi-
nale, caratterizzata da una struttura
maestosa che sfocia in sfumature di
frutta tostata. Permane metà in acciaio
per 12 mesi, metà in tonneau per 6

aglierino luminoso. Pesca, ananas e
anice, nuance di ginestra ed erba
tagliata. Seguono sambuco e cedro. La
componente alcolica è avvolgente e
ben sostenuta da acidità e sapidità.
Irresistibile nota di mandorla verde del
finale. Fermenta metà in legno, metà in
acciaio, poi matura in acciaio per 12
mesi.

and Cedar. The alcoholic component is
enveloping and well supported by acidity
and savour. Irresistible Green Almond
note in the finish. Fermentation partly in
wooden barrels, partly in steel, then aging

and beeswax. A velvety softness domina-
tes a persuasive and original drink, cha-
racterized by a majestic structure that
results in nuances of roasted fruit. Aging
