iallo paglierino luminoso, è di
buona consistenza. Al naso sento-
ri fruttati di pesca e ananas accompa-
gnano note floreali di ginestra e bianco-
spino. Caldo e avvolgente il palato, con
ritorni di agrumi ed equilibrata sapidità.
Nel finale regala una sfumatura amman-
dorlata. Acciaio per 4 mesi.
BACCALÀ CON POMODORINI

aglierino vivido. Registro olfattivo
disposto su eleganti note di fiori
bianchi e frutta croccante; sentori di
mandorla e fieno sfalciato. Seguono
cenni di frutta tropicale, ananas e
mango. Bilanciato tra spalla fresca e
sensazioni sapide. Un sorso tira l’altro
fino alla fine del calice. Maturazione in
acciaio per 8 mesi.
