iallo paglierino con lampi verdoli-
ni. Volute di cedro, ananas matu-
ro, pesca bianca, fiori di tiglio. Tocco
minerale di selce. Sapidità evidente al
palato, subito supportata da sferzate
acide che riallineano il sorso su sentieri
equilibrati. Finale agrumato che perdura
per tanto tempo. Matura in acciaio per 5
mesi. RISOTTO ALL'OMBRINA
R
osso rubino fitto. Ventaglio olfatti-
vo che spazia da ciliegia matura,
prugna disidratata, melograno e cacao
alla leggera tostatura di caffè. Assaggio
baldanzoso, ricco ed esuberante. Note
di salgemma in evidenza, buona la per-
sistenza. Sfuma con retrogusto di cacao.
In acciaio per 4 mesi, in botte per altri
12 mesi.

flashes. Hints of cedar, ripe pine-
apple, white peach, linden flowers.
Mineral touch of flint. Evident savor on
the palate, immediately supported by
acidic lash that realign the sip on balan-
ced paths. Citrus finish that lasts for a
long time. Aging in steel for 5 months.

that ranges from ripe cherry, dehy-
drated plum, pomegranate and cocoa to
lightly roasted coffee. Bold, rich and exu-
berant taste. Notes of rock salt in evidence,
good persistence. It fades with an aftertaste
of cocoa. In steel for 4 months, in barrels
for further 12 months.
