Venature verdi luminose. Si svela
timido su note di biancospino,
erba cedrina e sbuffi di anice contornati
da mela cotogna, pietra focaia e man-
dorla verde. Secco, caldo, sprigiona
anche ottima freschezza e determinata
sapidità. Intenso e di ottima qualità, non
teme la sfida contro il tempo. Acciaio
per 18 mesi. CAPESANTE GRATINATE
R ubino compatto. Si esprime su toni
di garofano e viola ben amalgama-
ti a peperone, tè nero e timo; sullo sfon-
do una nuvola di pepe nero. Al palato è
pieno, con evidente nota alcolica e tan-
nino rigoroso. Ne scaturisce un sorso
scandito da elementi speziati riproposti
a più riprese nella sua elegante persi-
stenza. Matura in barrique per 12 mesi.

Bright green streaks. It shyly opens on
notes of hawthorn, lemon verbena
and anise puffs surrounded by quince, flint
and green almond. Dry, warm, it also
releases excellent freshness and clear
savor. Intense and of excellent quality, time
won't waste its quality. In steel for 18
months. CAPESANTE GRATINATE
Igp red
70% Montepulciano,
15% Cabernet sauvignon, 15% Merlot
Alcohol 14.5% - €10 - Btls. 2,500
Compact ruby hue. It expresses its nose
on tones of carnation and viola well
mixed with pepper, black tea and thyme;
in the background a cloud of black pepper.
The palate is full, with an evident alcoho-
lic note and rigorous tannins. The result is
a sip marked by spicy elements repeated
several times in its elegant persistence.
Aging in barriques for 12 months.
