All'olfatto spiccano vivaci sentori
di ginestra e mandorla, accompagnati
da soffusi effluvi di vaniglia. Di rara
finezza, è caratterizzato da una rassicu-
rante morbidezza ben bilanciata dalla
stuzzicante freschezza. Vanta una gran-
de struttura e sfocia in stimolanti note
erbacee. Matura in botti di cemento per

aglierino dai vivi riflessi verdolini.
Pesca gialla e bergamotto sfumature
di anice e aneto. Pieno e seducente nel-
l'ingresso in bocca, mostra una preziosa
maestosità. Sapidità cesellata che trascina
la beva fino alla ricca chiusura di frutta e
spezie. Maturazione parte in cemento e
parte in anfora per 10 mesi, sui propri lie-

broom and almond, accompanied by suffu-
sed scents of vanilla. Of rare finesse, it is
characterized by reassuring softness well
balanced by tantalizing freshness. It boasts a
great structure and flows into stimulating
herbal notes. It ages in cement barrels for 12

highlights. On the nose scents of yel-
low peach and bergamot, shades of anise
and dill. Full and seductive on the palate,
it shows a precious majesty. Great savour
that leads the drink to a rich finish of fruit
and spices. Aging partly in cement and
partly in amphora for 10 months, on its
