con profumi di erbe aromatiche e frutta
esotica. Varietale di mandorla amara. Al
gusto è esplosivo, di vibrante freschezza

struttura. Il lungo finale è coerente con
l’olfatto. Maturazione in acciaio per 9
mesi, lungo affinamento in bottiglia.

profilo olfattivo: mandorla amara, gelso-
mino, erba appena tagliata. Al palato il
calore viene equilibrato dalla freschez-
za e dalla sapidità. Chiusura persistente
ammandorlata. Vinificato in acciaio per
6 mesi, sulle fecce fini.
