olore rubino dalle trasparenze por-
pora. Profumi di viola e garofano
accompagnano piccoli frutti rossi, mentre
a caratterizzarne l’identità è la nota di
ravanello. Palato che si conferma in piena
evoluzione, con il tannino ancora un po’
teso e un'accentuata freschezza. Chiude
su sensazioni di fiori rossi. In acciaio per 8

osso rubino con ancora larghe nuan-
ce porpora. Arrivano subito note di
rosa rossa e marasca. A seguire ininterrot-
te sensazioni di eucalipto, china, ginepro
e chiodi di garofano. Gusto fresco, con il
tannino piuttosto scalpitante e materico
che ci suggerisce di poterlo gustare anco-
ra meglio più avanti nel tempo. Matura in
tonneau e barrique per 30 mesi. CODA
