G iallo verdolino. Fiori gialli in
apertura, quindi alloro, aneto e
maggiorana. Si insinuano poi delicata-
mente anice e piccoli frutti tipo nespo-
le e giuggiole. In bocca calore e morbi-
dezza equilibrate da acidità e sapidità
vivaci portano persistenza e finezza al
gusto. Finale di mandorla e melissa.
Vinificato in acciaio. RISOTTO ALLO
ZAFFERANO
P aglierino. Fior d'acacia, sambuco,
ginestra, giacinto. Mela pink lady e
frutto della passione. Percepibile nota
salmastra. Al palato è fresco e sapido, in
equilibrio con l'alcol. Il tutto in un mor-
bido abbraccio. Chiusura lunga, vitale
nella conclusione su agrumi. Matura in
acciaio per 6 mesi. LINGUINE AI

Yellow-green hue. Yellow flowers
on the nose, then bay leaf, dill and
marjoram, anise and small fruits such as
medlars and jujubes. In the mouth,
warmth and softness balanced by lively
acidity and savor that convey persisten-
ce and finesse to the taste. Finish with
almond and lemon balm. Vinified in

S traw yellow hue. Scents of acacia,
elderberry, broom, hyacinth. Pink
Lady apple and passion fruit.
Perceptible salty note. On the palate, it
is fresh and savory, balanced with alco-
hol. All in a soft embrace. Long finish,
vital in the finish on citrus fruits. Aging
