Exciting on the palate. Very warm impact, full
body and vibrant savor. The scents fade away

uby hue with purple highlights. Freshly
macerated rose, geranium, violea and
cyclamen give way to blackberry, morello cher-
ry and red fruit in alcohol. A sprinkling of black
pepper and cinnamon along with juniper com-
plete this beautiful profile. The entrance on the
palate is dynamic and slender, with good balan-
ce and delicate savor. The refined tannic texture
and the lively freshness rich in fruit merge into an
embracing, long and peristent finish. Aging in

verdolini. Tiglio, anice ed erbette aro-
matiche. Frutta esotica e pepe bianco.
Sbuffo salmastro. Emozionante al gusto.
Impatto decisamente caldo, corpo pieno e
vibrante sapidità. Scivola via lentamente,
lasciando indelebili e piacevoli ricordi
ammandorlati. Matura in acciaio per 12
mesi, una piccola parte in barrique usate.
OCA AL FORNO
R
ubino con riflessi purpurei. Rosa,
geranio, viola e ciclamino appena
macerati. Mora, marasca e frutta rossa
sotto spirito. Pepe nero e cannella insieme
a ginepro completano il quadro.
Dinamico e snello l’ingresso di bocca con
buon equilibrio e delicata sapidità.
Raffinata trama tannica e viva freschezza
si fondono in un finale avvolgente e
lungo. Sosta in barrique usate per 12 mesi.
