erdolino alla vista. Fiori di rosa
gialla e mimosa accompagnati da
ananas fresco e zenzero. A seguire note
agrumate. In bocca è ricco di sapore,
con alcol e morbidezza proporzionati
alle componenti fresco-sapide. In chiu-
sura tornano gli aromi floreali.
Maturazione in acciaio per 4 mesi.
BACCALÀ PATATE E CIPOLLE
I
mpenetrabile rosso rubino. Elegante,
si apre con profumi speziati e tostati.
Tabacco, sandalo, cioccolato e vaniglia.
Frutta matura, fini sfumature balsamiche.
Il palato ha volume che convince, strut-
tura e tannini sottili e precisi. Conclude
con tanta frutta rossa matura che non
ci ha mai abbandonati nell’assaggio.
Matura in barrique francesi per 16 mesi e
affina a lungo in bottiglia, per 12 mesi.

fresh pineapple and ginger. Then citrus
notes. On the palate, it is rich in savor, with
alcohol and softness proportioned to the
fresh-savory components. In the finish, flo-
ral aromas. Aging in steel for 4 months.

opens with spicy and toasted aromas.
Tobacco, sandalwood, chocolate and
vanilla. Ripe fruit, fine balsamic nuances.
On the palate, it has convincing volume,
structure with subtle and precise tannins. It
concludes with a lot of scents of ripe red
fruit that has never abandoned on the
tasting. It ages in French barriques for 16
months and refines in bottle for 12
