aglierino luminoso. All'olfatto profu-
mi di pesca gialla, anice e mimosa,
con gradevoli note salmastre. Al palato
risulta strutturato e spicca per la sapidità
che bilancia un'avvolgente alcolicità.
Aroma di mandorla tostata nel finale.
Matura in legno piccolo di rovere per 10
mesi. CONIGLIO IN PORCHETTA

osso rubino con riflessi granato. Al
naso ginepro, visciola e geranio
arricchiti da nuance balsamiche.
Equilibrato e di grande struttura, vanta tan-
nini setosi e un'ammirevole morbidezza.
Mostra una notevole persistenza e termina
con cenni di liquirizia. Appassimento di
metà delle uve per sei settimane.
Maturazione in barrique per 15 mesi.

mimosa, with pleasant salty notes. On the
palate, it is structured and stands out for
savor that balances an enfolding alcohol.
Roasted almond aroma in the finish. Aging
in small oak barrels for 10 months.

On the nose, juniper, sour cherry and
geranium enriched with balsamic nuan-
ces. Balanced and with great structure, it
boasts silky tannins and admirable soft-
ness. It shows remarkable persistence and
finishes with hints of licorice. Withering of
half the grapes for six weeks. Aging in bar-
