ni. Naso immediato, spiccano erba
cedrina, agrumi e fiori di biancospino.
In bocca è fresco e asciutto, con tratti di
sapidità. La chiusura è asciutta vegetale
e ammandorlata. Matura in acciaio per

iallo paglierino luminoso. Olfatto
di grande intensità: sambuco, aca-
cia, pesca gialla. Lieve speziatura di
pepe bianco. Al palato è avvolgente,
con equilibrio tra alcol e freschezza.
Apprezzabile la lunghezza gustativa
con nota amarognola accompagnata da
una sensazione di melissa. Maturazione

elicate straw yellow hue with yel-
low-green tones. Immediate nose
with lemon verbena, citrus fruits and
hawthorn flowers. In the mouth, it is
fresh and dry, with traces of savor. The
finish is vegetal, dry with scents of
almond. Aging in steel for 3 months.

intensity: elderberry, acacia, yel-
low peach. Slight spicing of white pep-
per. On the palate it is enveloping, with
a balance between alcoholicity and fre-
shness. Appreciable the gustatory
length with a bitter note accompanied
by a sensation of lemon balm. Aging in
steel for 8 months.
