Quindi susina, pompelmo e giuggiola.
Delicati cenni erbacei, ghiaia. Al gusto
l'attacco è sapido, fresco. Chiude su
frutta a polpa gialla succosa e leggera
nota salina. Maturazione in acciaio per

ranato dai riflessi aranciati. Fiori
appassiti, sandalo, olive nere, frut-
ta cotta, humus. Legno tostato e sbuffo
sulfureo. In bocca è potente, rivela gran-
de struttura grazie al tannino evoluto,
elegante. Freschezza senza cedimenti
nonostante l'importante evoluzione.
L'epilogo è di frutta sotto spirito. Matura
in acciaio per 6 mesi e in tonneau per

be. Delicate herbal notes, gravel. On the
palate, the attack is sapid, fresh. It finishes
on juicy yellow pulp fruit with a light salty
note. Aging in steel for 5 months.

Withered flowers, sandalwood,
black olives, cooked fruit, humus. Toasted
wood and sulphurous puffs. In the mouth,
it is powerful revealing great structure
thanks to the evolved, elegant tannins.
Freshness without failure despite the
important evolution. Scents of fruit in
alcohol in the finish. Aging in steel for 6
months and in tonneau for 16 months.
