aglierino nitido. Le delicate sfumature
odorose richiamano i fiori bianchi,
l’erba appena tagliata, la mandorla verde e
l’erba cedrina. L’ingresso in bocca eviden-
zia freschezza e sapidità che rendono pia-
cevole la beva. Chiude con aromi vegeta-
li. Maturazione in acciaio e in botti grandi
di rovere e castagno per 5 mesi. CESTINI

aglierino lucente. Elegante e delicato,
di fiori di zagara accompagnati da sen-
sazioni vegetali di mandorla verde ed erba
fresca. A completare il profilo olfattivo si
aggiungono ricordi di agrumi di cedro e
bergamotto. Al gusto la componente acida
e quella salina bilanciano egregiamente il
calore. Lunga persistenza. Fermenta in
acciaio e legno, riposa in botte grande per
18 mesi, sui propri lieviti. TAGLIATELLE

scents recall white flowers, freshly
cut grass, green almond and lemon verbe-
na. The entry on the palate shows fre-
shness and savor that make the drink plea-
sant. It closes with vegetal aromas. Aging
in steel and in large oak and chestnut bar-

right straw yellow hue. Elegant and
delicate with scents of orange blossom
accompanied by vegetal sensations of green
almond and fresh grass. Flavors of citrus and
bergamot complete the olfactory profile. On
the palate, the acidic and saline compo-
nents balance the warmth very well. Long
persistence. Fermented in steel and wooden
barrels, it ages in large barrels for 18 months
