Variegato il profilo olfattivo, apre
con netti richiami di pesca bianca e
ananas. Sfumature di erbe aromatiche.
Al gusto freschezza e sapidità ben evi-
denti sono bilanciate dalla componente
glicerica. Nel finale tornano gli aromi di
frutta gialla. Vinificato in acciaio per 5

osso rubino dai riflessi purpurei.
Intenso l’impatto al naso. Dolce e
suadente, inizialmente regala sfumature
di vaniglia, poi fragoline e more incorni-
ciate dalla sensazione balsamica di
anice. Trama tannica definita e in evi-
denza. Retrogusto che chiude con note
mentolate e di liquirizia. Matura in
acciaio per 12 mesi e in barrique per

streaks. The olfactory profile is
varied, opening with clear hints of
white peach and pineapple. Shades of
aromatic herbs. On the palate, fre-
shness and flavor are clearly evident
balanced by a glyceric component. In
the finish, recalls of aromas of yellow
fruit. Vinified in steel for 5 months.

highlights. Intense nose impact.
Sweet and persuasive, initially it shows
nuances of vanilla, then strawberries
and blackberries framed by a balsamic
sensation of anise. Defined tannic
structure and in evidence. Aftertaste
that closes with menthol and licorice
notes. Aging in steel for 12 months and
in barriques for further 6 months.
