aglierino delicato. Subito acacia e
tarassaco che lasciano il posto a
lime, giuggiola e mandorla verde.
Seguono percezioni minerali di silice. Al
palato è evidente la netta freschezza che
fa da contraltare alla morbidezza che
avvolge le papille gustative. Discreta
sapidità che percepibile fino alla fine.
Vinificato in acciaio per 4 mesi.
MALTAGLIATI CECI E VONGOLE

iallo paglierino vivace. Zagara e
mughetto, poi cedro, pera Santa
Maria e mandorla verde. Ricordi di mag-
giorana ed erba cedrina. Lieve mineralità
di ghiaia. L’ingresso in bocca è vibrante,
freschezza e sapidità si esaltano e si con-
trappongono alle calde percezioni gliceri-
che, per un perfetto equilibrio. Lungo fina-
le amaricante. Vendemmia leggermente
tardiva, maturazione in acciaio per 6 mesi.

Immediately, hints of acacia and
dandelion that give way to lime, jujube
and green almond. Mineral perceptions of
silica. On the palate, it is evident a clear
freshness that is in contrast to the softness
that envelops the taste buds. Fair savour
that can be perceived until the finish.
Vinified in steel for 4 months.

right straw yellow hue. Hints of oran-
ge blossom and lily of the valley, then
cedar, Santa Maria pear and green almond.
Recalls of marjoram and lemon verbena.
Slight pebble minerality. The entry, on the
palate, is vibrant, freshness and flavor are
enhanced and contrast with the warm gly-
ceric perceptions, for a perfect balance.
Long embittering finish. Slightly late har-
vest, aging in steel for 6 months.
