ginestra, ananas e camomilla, ricor-
di di limone in sottofondo. Di ottimo
equilibrio, si distingue per il gusto struttu-
rato e suadente, dove emerge una stuzzi-
cante sapidità che accompagna memorie
di frutta esotica del finale. Riposa in
acciaio, a contatto con i propri lieviti, per

osso rubino di pregiata luminosità.
Rosa, ribes nero e ginepro, lavanda e
cannella. All'assaggio è coerente con
quanto percepito all'olfatto e di grande
impatto grazie alla travolgente freschezza
e al tannino deciso ma cesellato. Ritorni di
spezie e fiori arricchiscono la beva senza
distrarre da una struttura importante nel
lungo ed emozionante finale. Maturazione
in barrique di rovere francese per 12 mesi
e affinamento in bottiglia per altri 12 mesi.

scents of broom, pineapple and cha-
momile, recalls of lemon on the base.
Excellent balance, it stands out for its structu-
red and seductive taste, with a tantalizing
savor that accompanies reminescences of
exotic fruit in the finish. In steel, on its own
yeasts for 12 months.

uby red hue with precious brightness.
Rose, blackcurrant and juniper, laven-
der and cinnamon. On the palate, it is consi-
stent with the nose, of great impact thanks to
an overwhelming freshness and strong but
definite tannins. Recalls of spices and flowers
enrich the drink without distracting from the
important structure in the long and exciting
finish. Vinification in French oak barrels for
12 months and aging in bottle for further 12
