este rubino, è limpido. Bouquet di
profumi floreali, rosa rossa, lavan-
da e iris, poi corteccia di quercia, can-
nella e mirtilli. Leggere brezze salma-
stre. Snello al gusto, l'eleganza del tan-
nino delizia il palato sfumando via. In
acciaio per 12 mesi, in bottiglia per altri
12 mesi.

ubino intenso. Cacao e caffè, lam-
poni e accenni di eucalipto.
Arancia sanguinella, ciliegie sotto spiri-
to, cardamomo. Percezioni di liquirizia
in fondo. Elegante in bocca, grande fre-
schezza e sapidità abbracciano un tan-
nino aggraziato. Lunghissima la persi-
stenza che stenta ad affievolirsi. Matura
in barrique per 24 mesi. BRASATO DI

lear ruby hue. Bouquet with floral
aromas of red rose, lavender and
iris, then oak bark, cinnamon and blue-
berries. Light salty breeze. Slender on
the palate, delighted by elegant tannins
fading away. In steel for 12 months, in
bottle for further 12 months.

ntense ruby hue. Scents of cocoa and
coffee, raspberries and hints of euca-
lyptus. Sensations of blood orange,
cherries in alcohol, cardamom. Licorice
perception on the base. Elegant on the
palate, great freshness and flavor evelo-
pe pleasant tannins. The persistence is
very long and hard to fade. Aging in bar-
