iallo dorato lucente, è consistente.
Profilo olfattivo evoluto di pesca gialla
sotto spirito, vaniglia, mela cotogna, camo-
milla e fieno. Tratti erbacei di origano secco.
Al gusto è agile e snello, dalla gradevole fre-
schezza. Chiude con richiami fruttati.
Macerazione sulle bucce. Maturazione in
acciaio, sulle proprie fecce fini, per 12 mesi.
ZUPPA DI LEGUMI

aglierino intenso dai riflessi dorati. Al
naso profumi di fiori di acacia e gelso-
mino, frutta a polpa bianca e lievi note di
erbe aromatiche, come l’origano. Spolverata
di vaniglia. In bocca il calore accompagna la
componente glicerica rendendo il sorso
carezzevole. Finale floreale. Macerazione a
contatto con le bucce, vinificazione in
acciaio per 9 mesi.

hiny golden yellow, it is dense. Evolved
olfactory profile of yellow peach in
alcohol, vanilla, quince, chamomile and
hay. Herbaceous hints of dried oregano. The
taste is agile and slender, with pleasant fre-
shness. It closes with fruity notes.
Maceration on the skins. Aging in steel, on
its own fine lees, for 12 months. ZUPPA DI

ntense straw yellow hue with golden
highlights. On the nose, aromas of acacia
and jasmine, white flesh fruit and light notes of
aromatic herbs, such as oregano. Vanilla sprin-
kle. In the mouth, the warmth accompanies the
glyceric component, making the sip caressing.
Floral finish. Maceration in contact with the
skins, vinification in steel for 9 months.
