emergono profumi complessi e di
rara finezza con camomilla, ginestra,
pesca gialla, giuggiola e mandorla, con-
tornati da alloro e timo. Il sorso denota
grande struttura e perfetto equilibrio ali-
mentato da generosa componente alco-
lica alla quale fa da contraltare una sfer-
zante acidità. Persistenza su echi florea-
li e fruttati. In acciaio per 3 mesi.

Corredo olfattivo seducente, si
avvicendano mandorla verde, fresia,
pesca bianca, nespola e costa di seda-
no. Gusto avvolgente e mordibo, ma
connotato da giovanile freschezza e
tenace sapidità. Progressione finale su
aromi agrumati di cedro. Matura in
acciaio per 3 mesi.

finesse of chamomile, broom, yellow
peach, jujube and almond, surrounded
by laurel and thyme. The sip denotes
great structure and perfect balance
fostered by a generous alcohol compo-
nent to which a harshing acidity acts as
a counterpoint. Persistence on floral and
fruity echoes. In steel for 3 months.
