G iallo paglierino smagliante.
Fragranti profumi di mango, pom-
pelmo e biancospino, con cenni di
foglia di pomodoro in sottofondo. Sorso
caratterizzato da suadente morbidezza
che prevale leggermente sulla stuzzi-
cante sapidità che si affaccia in chiusu-
ra, accompagnata da accattivanti sfu-
mature di frutta esotica. In acciaio per 3
mesi. RISOTTO ALL'ORTICA
R osso granato luminoso. All'olfatto
gradevoli profumi di ciliegia, rosa
e lampone, con delicati tratti di noce
moscata. In bocca è di buona struttura e
di ottimo equilibrio, con tannino deciso
ma levigato e un'avvolgente alcolicità.
Aromi di piccoli frutti rossi emergono
nell'intrigante finale. Maturazione in

hawthorn, with hints of tomato leaf in
the background. Sip characterized by
persuasive softness that prevails slightly
over a tantalizing savor that appears in
the finish, accompanied by seductive
shades of exotic fruit. In steel for 3

Bright garnet red hue. On the nose,
pleasant aromas of cherry, rose
and raspberry, with delicate nutmeg
traits. In the mouth, it is of good struc-
ture and excellent balance, with firm
but smooth tannins and enfolding alco-
hol. Aromas of small red fruits emerge
in the intriguing finish. Aging in steel
