OMBRINA AL FORNO
P aglierino dai riflessi dorati. Accenna
progressioni di prevalenti profumi di
rosa gialla e ginestra che si aprono a
dolci note di miele millefiori e a un pot-
pourri di erbe aromatiche, come timo,
maggiorana e salvia. Scie di nocciola
tostata. Dinamica gustativa brillante e
tonica, fresco e sapido si protrae in un
finale lungamente avvolgente. Acciaio
