Veste paglierino, con sfumature
dorate. Richiama nitidi sentori di
vaniglia, sambuca, bergamotto, minera-
lità di tufo e sfumature di capperi.
Palato potente, caldo, sapido e ben
bilanciato. Grande freschezza. Ne esce
con buona persistenza su toni salmastri.
Maturazione in acciaio per 6 mesi. n
PESCE SAN PIETRO AL FORNO
R osso rubino luminoso, è consisten-
te. Al naso si presenta con notevole
intensità: profumi di china, rabarbaro,
anice stellato, ribes, fragola, nocciola
tosta e melograno. In bocca entra paca-
to, giovane e armonioso, ma di carattere,
per chiudere in un lungo epilogo, su sfu-
mati ricordi echinacei. Vinificazione in

S traw yellow hue with golden nuan-
ces. It recalls clear hints of vanilla,
sambuca, bergamot, tuff minerality and
touches of capers. Powerful, warm,
savory and well balanced palate. Great
freshness. Good persistence on brac-
kish tones. Maturation in steel for 6

Bright ruby red hue, it is consistent.
The nose is very intense: scents of
cinchona, rhubarb, star anise, currant,
strawberry, toasted hazelnut and pome-
granate. On the palate, it enters calm,
young and harmonious, but with charac-
ter, to close in a long finish on soft echina-
ceous recalls. Vinification in steel. n
