Poi vaniglia e biscotto, ginestra e rosa
gialla, cedro. Mandorla leggermente tostata. Al
gusto è materico, elegante e allo stesso tempo
esplosivo, con acidità e sapidità che stimolano
il palato invitando alla beva. Il corpo e la mor-
bidezza rendono austero il sorso. Chiude persi-
stente e duraturo, tornando sulle note tostate. In
cemento, sulle fecce fini, per 10 mesi.

LINGUINE CON BACCALÀ E UVETTA

osso granato denso. Pepe nero, richiami
tostati, cuoio e tabacco. Ricordi balsami-
ci e piccoli frutti rossi maturi. Il tannino asciuga
la bocca pur presentandosi levigato e perfetta-
mente integrato. Finale di marasca. Fermenta in
acciaio e matura in barrique per 12 mesi e in
botti grandi di rovere per altri 12 mesi.

right straw yellow hue. On the nose, it is
delicately smoky.Then vanilla and biscuit,
broom and yellow rose, citrus. Slightly toasted
almond. The taste is materic, elegant and at the
same time explosive, with acidity and savor that
stimulate the palate inviting you to drink. The
body and the enveloping softness make the sip
austere. It closes persistently and lastingly, retur-
ning to the toasted notes. Stay in cement, on
fine lees, for 10 months.

ntense garnet red hue. Black pepper, toa-
sted hints, leather and tobacco. Balsamic
recalls and small ripe red fruits complete the
profile. The tannin dries the mouth, but it is
smooth and perfectly integrated.The finish is
long and offers aromas of morello cherries. It
ferments in steel and ages in barrique for 12
months and in large oak barrels for further
12 months.
