doline. Mughetto, erba sfalciata e
mandorla verde. Sbuffi mentolati, poi
cedro e melone bianco. Al gusto eviden-
zia una sferzante freschezza equilibrata
dalla calda nota alcolica. Appagante
chiusura sapida. Matura in acciaio per 5
mesi.

iallo paglierino vivace. Ginestra,
confetto e mandorla. Sensazione
sulfurea, anice stellato e vaniglia. Pesca
sciroppata e delicate folate di uvetta. Al
palato è avvolgente e morbido, dal per-
fetto equilibrio. Il sorso fresco e sapido.
Finale lentissimo dai fitti richiami olfat-
tivi. Fermentazione spontanea, con lie-
viti indigeni, in acciaio ove resta per 5
mesi.

traw yellow hue with clear yellow-
green shades. Lily of the valley,
mown grass and green almond. Slightly
mentholated puffs which then turn on
cedar and white melon scents. The taste
shows a boosting freshness balanced by
a warm alcoholic note. Satisfying savory
finish. Matures in steel for 5 months.

ively straw yellow hue. Broom,
sugared almond and almond.
Sulphurous sensation, star anise and
vanilla. Peach in syrup and delicate whiffs
of raisins. On the palate, it is consistent,
enveloping and soft in perfect balance.
The fresh and savory sip is light and plea-
sant and closes in a very slow finish with
dense olfactory recalls. Spontaneous fer-
mentation, with native yeasts, in steel for
5 months.
