Whiffs of vanilla alternate with puffs
of biscuit, mountain butter, broom and
white pepper. Savory note on the palate,
well accompanied by an even surprising
youth. It closes slowly, releasing iodi-
zed and fruit in syrup aromas. Aged in
steel for 10 months, refined in bottle for
30 months.

iallo dorato intenso e vivace. Nuvole
di vaniglia si alternano a soffi di
biscotto, burro d'alpeggio, ginestra e pepe
bianco. Nota sapida protagonista in
bocca, ben accompagnata da una ancor
sorprendente giovinezza. Si congeda len-
tamente rimarcando aromi iodati e di frutta
sciroppata. Matura in acciaio per 10 mesi,
affina in bottiglia per 30 mesi.

olore rubino con bordi purpurei.
Ventaglio olfattivo che parte da
geranio e garofano per arrivare alla pru-
gna e al pepe nero. Palato amabilmente
ruvido, equilibrato, pieno e di corpo.
Rimane a lungo con ricordi di fiori e frutti
rossi. Vinificato in acciaio per 5 mesi.
