buona persistenza. Profuma di biancospi-
no, acacia e prugna goccia d’oro, con
ricordo di mela golden. All’assaggio è
equilibrato, apprezzabilmente fresco e
secco, con note finali di erba cedrina e
salvia. Fermenta in acciaio.

and persistent bubbles. It smells of
hawthorn, acacia and Golden drop
plum, with hints of Golden apples. On
the palate it is balanced, appreciably
fresh and dry, with final notes of lemon
verbena and sage. Fermentation in
steel.
