right straw yellow hue, subtle and
persistent perlage. On the nose, it
expresses elegant and intense floral aro-
mas of acacia and hawthorn, then white
currant, tangerine peel, mango and small
red fruits. On the palate, it is amazing for
its taste-olfactory consistency; intense and
balanced thanks to its pleasant savor. The
creaminess of the bubbles gives a long
persistence. On yeasts for 24 months.

iallo paglierino brillante, perlage
sottile e persistente. All’olfatto espri-
me eleganti e intensi profumi floreali di
acacia e biancospino, poi ribes bianco,
scorza di mandarino, mango e piccoli
frutti rossi. Colpisce all’assaggio per la
coerenza gusto-olfattiva; intenso ed equi-
librato grazie alla gradevole sapidità. La
cremosità delle bollicine dona una lunga
persistenza. Sosta sui lieviti per 24 mesi.
