ta secca, in particolare nocciola. Al pala-
to è rotondo, con le bollicine particolar-
mente delicate che tendono ad amplifi-
care la freschezza. Termina sapido e fra-
grante di crosta di pane e burro.
Vinificato in legno grande. Sosta sui lie-
viti per 24 mesi.

lage. Lime zest, aromas of dried fruit,
especially hazelnut. On the palate, it is
round, with particularly delicate bub-
bles that tend to amplify its freshness. It
ends savory and fragrant with bread
crust and butter. Vinified in large wood.
On yeasts for 24 months.
