Rosa tenute, luminoso. Al naso sus-
surra ricordi di glicine, rosa canina,
erba tagliata, pesca noce e chiodi di garo-
fano. Il sorso è moderatamente intenso,
ma ben sapido e sostenuto da freschezza.
Il gradevole finale rievoca aromi di frago-
line di bosco. n RISOTTO CON ZUCCHI-
NE, FIORI DI ZUCCA E ZAFFERANO
R ubino intenso, con riflessi porpora.
Eleganti sentori di rosa rossa, viola,
more, amarene, prugne secche, rabarba-
ro. In secondo piano ginepro, pepe nero
e tabacco. Palato appagante e risponden-
te, dove morbidezza e freschezza si
bilanciano e il tannino è vellutato. Lungo

B ight soft pink hue. On the nose, it
whispers recalls of wisteria, rose-
hip, cut grass, nectarine and cloves. The
sip is moderately intense, but well savory
and supported by freshness. The plea-
sant finish evokes aromas of wild straw-

highlights. Elegant hints of red roses,
viola, blackberries, black cherries, pru-
nes, rhubarb. In the background juniper,
black pepper and tobacco. Satisfying and
consistent palate, where softness and fre-
shness are balanced and the tannins are
