go. Ceralacca. Al palato è una scarica di acidità e sapidità ma
dalla delicatezza stupefacente. L’alcool percettibile ma com-
posto. Intenso e persistente, è armonico.

Transparent yellow-green hue. Mimosa, fennel and asparagus.
Sealing wax. On the palate, a burst of acidity and savor but with
an amazing delicacy. The alcoholicity is perceptible but composed.
Intense and persistent, it is harmonious.

Estremamente trasparente, con raggi giallo verdolino. Mu-
ghetto e sambuco, pera acerba e melissa. Il sorso è esile ma di
carattere, con freschezza sferzante e una fine nota sapida. Gli
aromi dapprima vegetali divengono più dolci.

Extremely clear, with yellow-green flashes. Lily of the valley and el-
derberry, unripe pear and lemon balm. The sip is slender but with
character, lashing freshness and fine savory notes. The initially
vegetal aromas become sweeter.
