G iallo paglierino brillante, su sfon-
do verde. Delicati profumi fruttati
e floreali di pesca saturnia, pera wil-
liams, agrumi, gelsomino, acacia e tè
verde. Attacco fresco, saporito e succo-
so, scalda la bocca con una struttura
che ci accompagna verso il finale, dalla
lunga scia mandorlata. In acciaio per 8
mesi. ZUPPA DI CECI
A bito paglierino intenso, è consi-
stente. Al naso ha carattere: mela
cotogna, ginestra, pesca, melone giallo,
erbe mediterranee essiccate, agrumi,
nocciole, mandorle tostate. Delicata
impronta vanigliata. Sorso proporziona-
to e glicerico. Sapido e persistente, dai
delicati richiami amarognoli. Matura in
tonneau per 12 mesi. LASAGNE DI

green background. Delicate fruity
and floral scents of Saturnia peach,
Williams pear, citrus, jasmine, acacia
and green tea. Fresh, savoury and juicy
attack, it warms the mouth with a textu-
re that accompanies us to the finish,
with long almond trail. In steel for 8

I ntense straw yellow hue, it is consi-
stent. On the nose, it has personality:
quince, broom, peach, yellow melon,
dried Mediterranean herbs, citrus,
hazelnuts, roasted almonds. Delicate
vanilla scent. Balanced and glyceric
sip. Savoury and persistent, with delica-
te bitter recalls. Aging in tonneau for 12
