C olore paglierino, è cristallino.
Sentori di acacia e biancospino
sono accompagnati da zagara, ginestra
e frutta tropicale. L'esperienza olfattiva
si completa con delicati richiami sulfu-
rei e di pompelmo. Il sorso è vivido,
gustoso, dominato da note agrumate ed
esemplare persistenza sapida. In accia-
io, una parte in barrique, per 8 mesi.
CARBONARA DI MARE
R osso rubino, con riflessi granato.
Complesso di lavanda e geranio,
marasca, amarena, frutta rossa sotto spi-
rito e cannella. Eco balsamico. Al gusto
conferma complessità con un sorso
opulento e saporito, ma ben sostenuto
da freschezza e tannini ordinati. Finale
gustoso con richiami di spezie dolci.
Maturazione in barrique per 6 mesi.

Straw yellow hue, crystal clear. Scents
of acacia and hawthorn are accompa-
nied by orange blossom, broom and tropi-
cal fruit. The olfactory experience is com-
plemented by delicate recalls of sulfur and
grapefruit. The sip is vivid, tasty, domina-
ted by citrus notes and extraordinary
savoury persistence. Partly aged in steel,
partly in barrique, for 8 months.

R uby red hue with garnet highlights.
Complex nose with scents of laven-
der and geranium, morello cherry, black
cherry, red fruit in alcohol and cinnamon.
Balsamic trail. The flavor confirms comple-
xity with a opulent and tasty, but well-sup-
ported by freshness and proper tannins.
Tasty finish with recalls of sweet spices.
