right straw yellow hue. On the
nose, complexity and immediate
fruity of bergamot and white melon, flo-
ral notes of hawthorn and acacia alter-
nate with herbaceous hints of green
almond. Salty and saffron puffs. Sip still
in evolutionary freshness, balanced in
the alcoholic note. Aging in steel for 4
months.

ntense and rich ruby hue. Multi-scen-
ted and complex nose, it opens with
ethereal and fruity notes of cherry and
plum jam. Sweet spices of tobacco and
vanilla followed by salty puffs and
scents of slightly withered flowers.
Succulent and enveloping on the palate,
it shows an important tannic component
that accompanies the long finish of
spicy hints. In big barrels for 13 months.

immediatezza fruttata di bergamot-
to e melone bianco, note floreali di
biancospino e acacia si alternano a sen-
tori erbacei di mandorla verde. Sbuffi
salmastri e speziati di zafferano. Sorso
ancora in evolutiva freschezza, equili-
brato nella nota alcolica. Matura in
acciaio per 4 mesi.

rofondo e ricco colore rubino.
Variegato e complesso l’olfatto che si
apre con note eteree e fruttate di ciliegia
e prugna in confettura. Dolci speziature
di tabacco e vaniglia seguite da sbuffi sal-
mastri e lievi floreali appassiti. Succoso e
avvolgente in bocca, espone una grinta
tannica che accompagna il lungo finale
dagli effluvi speziati. Botte grande per 13
