poni, il ribes rosso e la visciola, la viola.
L'ingresso in bocca è gradevole, leggero
e di buon equilibrio. Buona anche la
persistenza. In acciaio per 8 mesi.

osso granato, con bordi aranciati.
Naso dolce di caramella mou,
rosa appassita, prugna secca e tocchi
balsamici. È velluto al palato, ma con
giusto nerbo che lo rende godibilissimo.
Lunga la chiusura che sfuma con note
floreali. Maturazione in botte grande
