dolino. Floreale e fruttato di zaga-
ra, gelsomino, rosa gialla, pera kaiser e
pesca nettarina. Note di timo. Sorso cor-
poso, fresco, equilibrato e sapido, arric-
chito in chiusura da note di cera d’api,
agrumi e mandorla amara. Matura in
vasca di cemento per 5 mesi.
SPAGHETTI CON I MOSCIOLI

aglierino vivace, con riflessi verdo-
lini. Profuma di acacia, biancospi-
no, zagara, timo, pompelmo e pesca
gialla. In bocca è morbido, fresco, sapi-
do e ben equilibrato, con lungo finale
che aggiunge note di finocchio, man-
dorla amara e mineralità di idrocarburi.
Maturazione in vasca di cemento per 4

thorn, orange blossom, thyme, grapefruit
and yellow peach. On the palate, it is soft,
fresh, savoury and well-balanced, with a
long finish that adds notes of fennel, bitter
almond and minerality of hydrocarbons.
Aging in cement tank for 4 months.
