Corredo olfattivo importante e di
estrema eleganza. Si apre con camomil-
la, sambuco e ginestra, subito dopo
fanno capolino mandorla, anice e pepe
bianco. Secco, con delicata percezione
alcolica ma scintillante freschezza e
bella sapidità. Finale con tipiche dissol-
venze amaricanti. Sosta in acciaio per 9

ubino concentrato. Viola legger-
mente appassita e rosa rossa, apro-
no la strada ad aristocratici profumi di
marasca, prugna rossa e carruba. Nuvola
di pepe nero. Pieno e abbastanza morbi-
do l'assaggio, segnato da un tannino ben
gestito e sottile seppure importante.
Discreto equilibrio in un finale pulito ed
esteso. Matura in legno per 15 mesi.

An important and extremely elegant
olfactory array. It opens with chamomile,
elderberry and broom. Immediately after,
almond, anise and white pepper. Dry,
with a delicate alcoholic perception but
bright freshness and good savour. Finish
with typical embittering notes. In steel for
9 months.

viola and red rose, they open the
way to aristocratic aromas of morello
cherry, red plum and carob. Whiffs of
black pepper. Full and quite soft tasting,
marked by well managed subtle though
important tannins. Discreet balance in a
clean and long finish. Aging in wooden
barrels for 15 months.
