note di sambuco, mallo di noce e
ginestra con camomilla ed erba taglia-
ta. Emergono anche percezioni sulfu-
ree e di pietra focaia. Al gusto è vivo e
succoso, freschezza e morbidezza con-
vivono armoniosamente per tutta la
durata dell'assaggio. Matura in acciaio

orato esemplare. Ricco caleido-
scopio composto da datteri, agru-
mi canditi, fiori appassiti, zafferano,
ananas dolce, miele e confettura di
pera. In bocca l'assaggio è dominato
da ricchezza e struttura, con un finale
lungo e saporito. Vendemmia tardiva,

broom with chamomile and cut grass.
Sulphure and flint perceptions. The taste
