evata intensità cromatica di un gial-
lo paglierino, cristallino e consi-
stente. Naso intrigante di zagara, lime e
prugna gialla con un velo iodato a guar-
nire la tavola aromatica. Gustoso al
palato grazie alla bella freschezza e una
buona sapidità che ci portano inevitabil-
mente ad assaggiarlo di nuovo. L’aroma
di lime e di mandorla accompagnano
l'assaggio. Evolve in acciaio per 8 mesi.

Eleganza e delicatezza sono le paro-
le chiave per descrivere il bouquet di
cedro, miele e pepe bianco e un aroma
che ricorda le caramelle toffee al limone.
Palato dominato dalle dolci note di vani-
glia e dalla freschezza che va a scontrarsi
con un calore prorompente. Botte grande
per 15 mesi, poi affina in bottiglia per 12

Intriguing nose of orange blossom, lime and
yellow plum with an iodized veil to garnish
the aromatic array. Tasty on the palate
thanks to nice freshness and a good savour
that inevitably invite us to taste it again. The
aroma of lime and almond accompany the
tasting. It evolves in steel for 8 months.
