Naso cortese e accattivante: lime,
pesca bianca, aneto e salvia danzano
gentilmente su fondo di biancospino
invitando l'assaggio. L'impatto gustativo
conferma l'olfatto entrando con notevo-
le gioventù e freschezza. Buoni intensi-
tà e corpo, piacevole e ritmato l'equili-
brio. Matura in cemento per 6 mesi.
RISOTTO AGLI ASPARAGI SELVATICI

osso porpora. Vivace all'olfatto
dove mora e visciola in confettura
si alternano a note floreali caratteristiche
di viola e rosa. In sottofondo iris e alcher-
mes lo rendono allettante. La bocca è
netta, pulita, fine. Tannini evidenti, ma
ben costruiti su base alcolica apprezzabi-
le, corpo palese. Cemento per 6 mesi.

nose: lime, white peach, dill and sage
gently dance on a base of hawthorn invi-
ting to tasting. The gustatory impact con-
firms the nose, entering with considera-
ble youth and freshness. Good intensity
and body, pleasant and rhythmic balan-
ce. Aging in cement for 6 months.

jam alternates with characteristic floral
notes of viola and rose. In the background,
iris and alchermes make it tempting. The
