ark, deep, impenetrable ruby hue.
Notes of honey, cardamom and can-
died fruit, then blackberries, blueberries and
black cherry jam. Red rose and viola recalls.
Difficult to quit, the pleasure of tasting is opu-
lent balanced, bodied, with evolving noble
tannins and fruity returns. Withering of gra-
pes. Aging in steel for 10 months.

uminoso nei suoi riflessi verdi.
Inizialmente un po’ scontroso, con
note sulfuree e di pietra focaia, si ingen-
tilisce virando su ginestra e pesca gialla
in confettura. Le caratteristiche olfattive
trovano conferma anche all'assaggio
dove sapidità e freschezza si alternano a
buona morbidezza e calore. Permane in
acciaio per 10 mesi. GRIGLIATA DI
PESCE
R
ubino scuro, profondo, impenetrabi-
le. Note di miele, cardamomo e frut-
ta candita, poi more, mirtilli e amarena in
confettura. Richiami di rosa rossa e viola.
Difficile smettere, ma il piacere dell'assag-
gio non è meno opulento perché equili-
brio, corpo, tannino nobile in evoluzione
e ritorni carnosi di frutta non ci lasciano
mai. Uve in appassimento, maturazione in
acciaio per 10 mesi.
