aglierino con lampi verdolini.
Acacia, gelsomino, sambuco, pru-
gna gialla e pesca nettarina. In bocca è
equilibrato, apprezzabilmente fresco e di
buona struttura. Nel finale aggiunge sen-
tori di salvia e mandorla amara.
Fermentazione e maturazione in acciaio
con permanenza sui lieviti per 5 mesi.
SCAMPI IN PADELLA
R
osso rubino, con riflessi violacei.
Viola, rosa rossa matura, mirtillo e
prugna rossa. Al gusto si presenta ben
corposo, con tannini in evidenza.
Chiusura floreale con speziatura di pepe
nero e lieve nota amara. Maturazione in
acciaio per 4 mesi.

highlights. Acacia, jasmine, elder-
berry, yellow plum and nectarine peach.
On the palate, it is balanced, apprecia-
bly fresh with good structure. In the
finish, it adds hints of sage and bitter
almond. Fermentation and aging in steel,

Viola, ripe red rose, blueberry and
red plum. On the palate, well-bodied,
