G iallo paglierino intenso, dai
bagliori dorati. Profuma di gine-
stra, mughetto, salvia, timo e finocchiet-
to selvatico. Spunta in fondo una sensa-
zione di fieno. Assaggio ben equilibrato
nella freschezza e nella morbidezza.
Vinificazione in acciaio. GNOCCHI
AL SUGO DI MARE
P aglierino carico, vivace e con
lampi dorati. Si evidenziano profu-
mi di ginestra, camomilla, mela gialla,
ananas e fiori appassiti. Al palato buone
la freschezza e la sapidità, sorrette dalla
morbidezza; nel complesso equilibrato.

I ntense straw yellow hue, with golden
glows. Scent of broom, lily of the val-
ley, sage, thyme and wild fennel. A sen-
sation of hay appears on the base. Well
balanced taste in freshness and softness.

with golden flashes. It highlights aro-
